Will and Doris’ current focus is working with the One-Day Conferences. In addition to actively speaking at the Marriage and Parenting conferences, they oversee speaker training and development for FamilyLife.
They are also passionate about marriage preparation education. They firmly believe in the adage, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. Eventually, they anticipate overseeing production of FamilyLife’s Pre-Marital educational material. In their spare time, they love to mentor and counsel couples.
Prior to joining FamilyLife in 2007, Will served as Executive Director of Gardom Lake Bible Camp and Retreat Centre for 14 years, and Doris was the women’s pastor at their church for four years.  Married in 1987, Will and Doris have four children ranging in age from mid-teen to young adult. They live in Salmon Arm and their family enjoys an active lifestyle of sports and outdoor recreation.
